Policies

New clients are required to complete the Brand Questionnaire after booking any service.​

By accessing our website (www.amixtmediaco.com), you agree to these terms and conditions.​

Professional and high-quality photos and a clear brand vision are required to work with A Mixt Media Co.​

A Mixt Media Co. will not reach out to clients for information to complete the project. Please have photography, verbiage, and vision ready before purchasing. 

Payment Method

By booking with A Mixt Media Co., 'the client' agrees to submit 100% of the total project cost before any services are provided unless stated otherwise. This excludes branding packages.

An initial 50% deposit is required for all branding packages. The remaining balance is due before final project files are released.

 

If a project is cancelled, the deposit will be retained as a service fee.

All payments are submitted through www.amixtmediaco.com and processed through PayPal.

Turnaround Time

There is a turnaround time of 5-10 business days for a la carte services. This includes e-flyer designs, social media content, and website banners. There is a turnaround time of 14-21 business days for brand identity suites and branding packages.

Turnaround time does not include 'off' or holidays.

Although these are the given turnaround times, delays, workload, and communication between 'the client' and A Mixt Media Co. or personal circumstances, must also be taken into consideration should the turnaround time exceed the standard timeframe. The client will be notified if there is an extenuating circumstance delaying the completion of their project.  

Refunds

Due to the custom nature of the services provided, A Mixt Media Co. does not provide refunds for any services.

Revisions + Drafts

Three complimentary revisions are provided with each project.

If 'the client' desires additional revisions, an additional set of three revisions can be purchased for $25.

Project drafts are the property of A Mixt Media Co. and must not be used or posted in any way. 

Final Files Format

All files are transferred via a Dropbox link or a .zip file sent via email.

All logo files are sent via .pdf, .png, and .jpg format. No ai, psd,  or .eps files will be released.

All branding materials are sent via .jpeg, .png, or .pdf format.

Please remember all final files must be downloaded for great quality. Please refrain from taking screenshots of projects.

Once the final project is complete and approved, the design process will come to an end. Please ensure that everything is satisfactory when the final design is approved.

Transfer of Rights + Property

Once the final product is sent, the client is free to use the project as they see fit. 

A Mixt Media Co. has the right to use of any images provided for content creation and promotional purposes, including advertisements.

Creative Hours

Monday - Thursday: 7:15pm - 10:15pm.

Friday - Saturday: 9:00am - 6:00am

Sunday: Closed

Emails received outside of these hours will be responded to the next business day. 

Client Communication/Ghosting Agreement

All communication between A Mixt Media Co. and 'the client' will take place via email.

All messages are responded to within a 48 - 72-hour timeframe during creative hours. However, response times may be extended during peak times.

​Professionalism and respect are essential on both sides. If at any time the client becomes disrespectful and intolerable, A Mixt Media Co. has every right to cancel any open project, refund any payments, and refuse any future projects from 'the client'

Cancellation

If you decide to "cancel your order" mid-project, the deposit is retained to cover the time already invested by the designer.

If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days, the project will be archived. Re-opening an archived project will acquire a $100 charge and the turnaround time will restart.
